Vendors define “AI PMS” on their own blogs. This is the dated record of what each one can be shown to ship, on which plan tier, with a link to the vendor’s own source for every cell. Claims without a ship date, a plan tier and a price are recorded as claims.

The capability matrix
Six capabilities, 12 platforms, each cell dated and linked to the source it came from. Rows are alphabetical and stay alphabetical: this is a record, not a league table. Where a vendor’s own material does not settle a question, the cell says Unclear rather than guessing in either direction — absence of evidence on the pages we checked is not evidence the product lacks the feature.

What the matrix currently says
Three observations that follow directly from the cells above, as at .
- Messaging is the only capability with real depth. 8 of 12 platforms ship AI guest messaging in some form. No other capability comes close, and the interesting difference is not whether a platform has it but whether it sends without a human.
- An external agentic surface is still rare. Only 2 of 12 expose one — an MCP server your own AI client can drive. Most “agentic” marketing in this category describes an in-product feature, not an interface you can connect to.
- Pricing transparency splits the field. 8 platforms publish a price we could verify in full, 2 publish part of one, and 2 publish nothing at any tier. Quote-only is a finding, not an absence of one.
